Changed your mind? You have 30 days to send an unused stick back for a refund.

The window

30 calendar days from the day it arrives.

Condition

Unused and undamaged, in the original packaging. A stick that has been on the ice counts as used, so try it off-ice first if you’re unsure.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of sending it back. If the stick arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, that’s on us and we pay.

Where it goes back to

Finland.

Your refund

Back to your original payment once we’ve received and checked the stick, within 5 to 10 business days. The original shipping isn’t refunded.
