If your stick breaks in normal play within 30 days of delivery, we sort it out. One replacement, no drama.

The 30-day play promise

Hockey is hard on sticks, and we build ours to take it. So if it breaks in normal play in the first 30 days, we replace it once. That covers real hockey: slashes, blocked shots, a battle in the corner.

After that, manufacturing defects

We also stand behind how the stick is made. If it fails from a manufacturing defect, like the layup separating on its own, we replace it for one year from delivery.

How it works

Email hello@supermaila.com with your order number and a photo of the break. We take a look and send a replacement.

What isn’t covered

Normal wear, cosmetic scuffs, and damage from misuse or modification. Cutting the shaft too short, adding an extension wrong, or a reflex job gone sideways are on you.
